Annual Performance Management Training

Participants: 250 School Administrators from Gulu
District, Uganda
Organizers: Christian Teachers-Africa (CHRISTA) in
Partnership with Educational Support and Health Organization (ESHO)
The main Goal
of the training was to “empower human resource” in education sector to enable
them managed the people they work with.
Emphasis was put on;
1.
Performance
management: setting Goals, measurement of goals, reviews.
2.
Managing
poor performance.
3.
Motivation
and rewards management.
4.
Delegating
effectively with communications.
